Really enjoyed this book but knew most of it already


I thought this was very well written and I identified with her voice. It is very much an introductory book to mindfulness. I knew a lot of the material already but it was still a very engaging read.

Great book which everyone should read


I have always wanted to learn meditation but felt too busy. This book made it doable and was very motivating and enjoyable to read



A transformative must read book


This book was engaging informative and most of all very easy to read . I️ also enjoyed the fact that although it was very readable it was based on scientific research so very compelling. I found it very helpful in coping with stress and overwhelm in my busy life
