About the Author

Gianluca Conte (@itsqcp), known as QCP (Queen City Prince), is a TikTok sensation originally from North Carolina who makes Italian recipes in over-the-top but incredibly engaging ways. QCP's father is from Naples, Italy, and his mom is from Brooklyn, NY, and together they own four restaurants in Charlotte (the Queen City). This cultural and culinary background have helped propel QCP to becoming one of the top Italian chefs on social media.
