Tales of this world and others. Clive Barker made his name as a short story writer with an unprecedented 6 volumes of THE BOOKS OF BLOOD, before he published a single novel. It is a form in which he excels, and the form in which many of his readers prefer his fiction. Clive is still most associated around the world with his famous creation -- Pinhead, Lord of the Cenobites: the lead character in the HELLRAISER movies; now an iconic symbol.
