DESCRIPTION

Emma was always fit and healthy, so never thought she could be a subject to mental illness.Events dragged her down into a cave of extreme fear and darkness. She suddenly went from a picture of super-health, down to the opposite appearance. Her skin was yellow and her mind couldn't focus. Nervous movements and all of the symptoms of anxiety plagued her daily and nightly! Exercise was disregarded and paid work was impossible.

This was until she recognised a second's-worth of change in her body when feeling a slight amount of courage. With this momentary awareness, she realised her thoughts and emotions had brought her to this condition of generalised anxiety. Her fear wasn't logical and her emotions seemed to be controlled by someone else. She gradually calculated the mind-body connection and slowly grew to recognise that the mind affects the body profoundly. Then she recognised that thoughts were the food to the mind and emotions. She noticed the truth of "feeding" the subconscious mind with conscious thoughts. A gradual re-programming of her mind consciously began! She also declares an energy guidance, which made her recognise the "entire self" of mind-body-energy. Connecting all three parts allowed complete healing.


This is a self-help guide based on Emma's personal experiences. She knows that her methods work. There are health benefits generally from the power of thought. The mind can be reprogrammed gradually for long term gains.
