About the Author

One of the best nutritious cookbooks I've found to date.
There are so many easy recipes in here that create delicious food that nourishes your body. I'm not vegetarian but this cookbook offers so much regardless.

Beautiful cookbook, very well written. I love Sarah's writing style and enjoy her recipes. I'm gluten and dairy intolerant and love that I can recreate almost every recipe in this book. Definitely recommend this book for any vegetarian, vegan or anyone with dietary requirements.
