Having followed Dr. Mercola for many years this book comes as no surprise. The information can assist those who genuinely wish to improve their health and would be very valuable to those who have severe illnesses such as diabetes or cancer, even obesity. However, it can be daunting on a number of fronts. Much of the information would be useful if one doesn't allow himself to be overwhelmed by the sheer volume. Not casual reading by any means.
