Well written book, well referenced. Easy to follow, plus some great recipes. I was already low carb, so couldn't lose ANY weight or waist. Shame.

You owe it to yourself to read this book if you are at all interested in your health. It challenges old beliefs on what makes us fat, how to regain and maintain health and again reminds us of our bodies innate ability to heal
I thought this book was very informative & I don't doubt that if you followed the plan to the letter you would ultimately achieve near perfect health, however it is a lifestyle that you need to adopt & for me personally it is too involved & restrictive, I couldn't possibly stick to something whereby eating a piece of cake could set you back weeks....
This a great book for anyone wanting an understanding and systematic approach to managing there health through diet, especially ketosis.
