Welcome to The Om Activation. This is a simple meditation practice in which you drop down into your heart-center to embody and broadcast the fully awakened sound, feeling, energy, and consciousness of Om. This is also referred to as Aum.
In this short book I will share with you The Om Activation method, and then provide several enhancements so you can absorb yourself into this sacred sound of the Universe, and be a channel of this energy for the benefit of yourself and all life around you.
From my many years of meditation and energy healing practice, I have come to the inescapable conclusion that the sound of Om is actually the sound of Love. As you connect with this gentle, rolling, yet thunderous sound and vibration, you may find yourself feeling better, whole, awake, and free. The ancient yogis and mystics tell us that the Om is the primordial sound that gave birth to all sound. There is a depth to Om that goes beyond a mere sound — but penetrates the very ground of reality. Om is the zero-point field.
This meditation practice is about sinking into the center of feeling in your chest, and then tapping into this sacred sound and viscerally feeling it course through your body and mind.
There is this saying from the show, The OA, on Netflix: "Knowledge is a rumor until it lives in your body... you don't really know something until your body lives it." In this same way, simply chanting or toning the sound of Om from your head space alone, without contacting the resources of your body and nervous system, won't get you to the place of peace, abundance, freedom, and realization that this sound offers us.
