Zanna van Dijk is a 23-year-old London-based, Yorkshire-born, qualified personal trainer and nutrition consultant, Instagram star, blogger, vlogger and co-founder of the #girlgains women's fitness and empowerment movement.

One of Women's Health's top 5 fitness bloggers and Women's Fitness magazine's 'Ones to watch in 2016', Zanna is the judge of the HBC Health Blog Awards, the female face of both the Tommy Hilfiger sports capsule collection and Adidas' most recent workout videos, she has just released her new activewear collection and in January 2016 appeared on the front cover of The Sunday Times Style magazine.
