After decades of silence, Karma speaks up about humanity's amnesia of their divinity and the blaming of her name. Karma's personification journey begins in Side Effects with her words of life. This action would have benefited Treesy Sands, Twinkle Sands, Luci Packens, and Tracy Wright.

Treesy Sands is a wealthy, successful, independent business owner whose life has revolved around her twin sister, Twinkle, until now. After years of carrying guilt over her parents' death, being Twinkle's caretaker, and opening herself to love again, an investigation into her parents' past threatens to jeopardize her steps toward a new future.

Twinkle Sands' eyes began deteriorating at age five. After overhearing a fight between her parents about her well-being, Twinkle becomes self-sufficient with her accurate aim, which later leads to saving a cop's life. However, it's not enough to mend the bond between her sister or fill her lonely heart. All that can change with experimental surgery.

Luci Packens is an only child desperate for her mother's love and a sister. Luci allows her mother to use her vulnerability against her to gain her attention and a new sister.  

Tracy Wright is a foster child and an undercover IRS agent who is fueled by the death of her foster sister. When the FBI employs Tracy's expertise, she must face her past to forgive her present situation and accept her future.
