Part Two: Decoration EDIBLE FLOWERS: Cakes are often if not always garnished/decorated with edible flowers so a chapter on these is a must. This would include images and/or illustrations (Lyndel is an an artist/illustrator) of the most common Australian and European varieties. Paper flowers in many and varied varieties and their applications (see attached reference shot). Paper flowers can be used for installations, cake toppers, decorations, gift wrapping, in vases... and made out of crepe paper, tissue paper, serviettes, newspaper, and gift wrap. Paper garlands and bunting - big and small ones for cake toppers and decorations for celebrations! Paper chandelier: this makes for a stunning centre piece over any celebratory table.
