about why they feel the way they do. They will learn what basic emotions such as happy, angry, afraid and sad mean. Lots of colour, cartoons and honesty.

It's a good non-fiction book that teachers can easily use from year R to year 6, and parents can use it to talk and help their own child to understand what they, or their friends, may be feeling and why. It was very easy to give this book five stars, in fact I was instructed to by a very serious six year old! It is beautifully laid out, manageable amounts of texts and a truly wonderful book which I believe every child should have access to!
