By going through this book we will be able to move from Emotional Intelligence to emotional understanding, from time management to time awareness, from team management to team building, from merely being a leader to practicing the art of leadership, making a new friend (Mind), from knowing others to knowing self, applying knowledge of attitude to excel in career, from managing stress to Identification and de-stressing, from conversation to role specific communication and last but not the least a paradigm shift in definition of Personality.
It is a humble effort to share my knowledge and experience of 27 years in corporate and education sector.
