In this booklet, you will find the same sleeping induction that I use with all of my clients. Also, you will find the principles of Waking Hypnosis (the way that I see and practice it). I use waking hypnosis in all of my sessions delivered via coaching, mentoring and advice (behavior modifcation) before the sleeping induction. The waking hypnosis principles may also stand alone without using any formal induction.
