About the Author

Margaret Wild is one of Australia's most prolific, multi-award winning picture book writers. Her most recent picture book with Little Hare Books is Lucy Goosey which was an honour book in the 2008 CBCA Picture Book of the Year Award.

About the illustrator

Jan Ormerod was born in Western Australia but now lives in England. She returns frequently to Australia guest speaking at conferences, participating in illustrator-in-residence programs and visiting bookshops. Jan's award-winning books with Little Hare include Lizzie Nonsense and Water Witcher. Her most recent picture book, is the heart-warming, Molly and Her Dad.
