I feel that the book is generally aimed at the parents of children with autistic spectrum disorders or professionals that spend a lot of time with children. It would be a good idea for all children's wards to have a copy as it may help to enhance how staff communicate with children with autistic spectrum disorders if they are admitted to the ward.
