About the AuthorsMeg Adem (BSci (Hons), BTeach (Hons), M.Bus.Psych) majored in psychology and completed her honours thesis in visual perception at the University of Melbourne, before completing her Master of Business Psychology more recently from the University of Newcastle. Meg has been teaching psychology and science for over 18 years, and looks forward to teaching for many more. She is a senior leader at her school and has been a state exam writer and assessor. Meg remains a keen runner and coaches athletics. Her favourite runs are Connor’s Run, the Puffing Billy Race and the Great Ocean Road Marathon.
Carly Sparrow (BA, M.Teach(Sec), GradCertCarEd&Dev) is a psychology and history teacher. She has taught VCE and IB psychology, as well as various A Level specifications. Carly greatly enjoyed working with student teachers in the Psychology Learning Area within the Masters of Teaching program at the University of Melbourne. Over the years, she has held specialised roles with different examination boards. Carly has an interest in neuropsychology and exploring how psychology can inform what we do in the classroom. She is also a keen tennis player and enjoys travelling.
Jodie Warner (B. Soc. Sci (Psych), Dip Ed., M.Ed (Teacher-Librarianship)) is an experienced psychology teacher and teacher-librarian. Over the course of her career, she has presented at many psychology teachers’ conferences, has been a state exam assessor and exam developer for psychology, presented revision lectures and tutorial sessions for students, and written and designed countless coursework elements and assessments. Needless to say, Jodie is passionate about teaching psychology! In her spare time, she hangs with her three children and partner, does a lot of reading, a lot of op-shopping, a few park runs and tries to get away to explore new parts of the world (or state) as much as possible.The Interactive Textbook is available as a calendar-year subscription.
