In March 2020 the UK followed the rest of the world into lockdown. Covid 19 has changed the world and the way we work, love and be with each other like no other event in our lifetimes. As we went into our lockdown in the UK Paul Gilbert started to write a weekly blog about the softer needs of leadership, caring for each other and being vulnerable. This book brings together those blogs from March to December 2020 as a weekly memoire of what was on his mind and how he felt we should respond. Covid 19 has not yet run its course and there may still be dark days to come, but Paul hopes the words he has written will be of some small value and comfort as a quiet reflection on our difficult days.
