This book was birthed consequently from the author's journey becoming a divorced mom of 3 children then losing everything including the ability to care for her children on a daily. Jonquil grew up in a military family, where she travelled and experienced diverse cultures; which enables her to bridge the gap between herself and others quickly to establish a connection or common bond. She has spent many years learning and utilizing holistic healing modalities out of necessity but it proved to be a huge blessing. Her journey taught her how to create wellness and balance in her life and that of others. Bare is a culmination of the author's journey and that of some who have crossed her path.
