Artificial Intelligence. It's certainly become a buzzword. But what does it mean? How does it work, and what can it do? This book aims to give you a gentle and intuitive introduction to all of that. Yes, AI can do amazing things, but what digital cogs are spinning under the hood to make it work? Should we be fascinated, worried, or a bit of both? How will it reshape the world, and do we get a say in that? Lieven Scheire is one of the most successful comedians and science communicators in Belgium, on stage and on tv. For two decades now, he has been explaining seemingly complicated science and technology in simple and accessible layman's terms to a broad audience, both in Dutch and in English. His latest theatre show 'A.I.', on which this book is based, sold more than 160,000 tickets in its first year.
