Praise for 7 Anchors

'7 Anchors is a call to action to take control of the things you can. To manage the best way possible those things that aren't going to plan and are difficult to accept. I wish I had access to this book when I was a young man. It could have made a huge difference to my life.'-Dr Arne Rubinstein, author of The Making of Men and founder of the Rites of Passage Institute

'In this book Trina will help you find courage when you feel most powerless. She will be your fellow traveller and seer, your friend and provocateur. I recommend the book as both a great survey of wellness literature and as a guidebook when you want to roll up your sleeves and have a go.'-Dr Peter Hayward, co-founder and producer of futurepod.org
