This is a fantastic cookbook. I have made many (over half) of the recipes in this book and they have all been a great success. I particularly love the pancake section and the vegan cheese recipes. I have returned to them again and again. I would highly recommend this book.
The book is great for the vegan with some culinary skills - probably one for those who have been cooking a while. Lovely presentation with lots of color photos of the food. Nice to see a book that has been written by an Aussie with ingredients known to this side of the world and explanations of some of the ingredients from the other side of the world.Well worth a look.
A great go to cook book for a vegan. I am a new vegan and I was inspired by the recipes and use and adapt them often.
