About the Author
David Frenkiel and Luise Vindahl Andersen are married, and live in Stockholm with their daughter, Elsa. David works as a magazine art director and is the vegetarian creative mind behind their blog, Green Kitchen Stories. He and his sister take all the photos (his sister is also taking the photos for the book). Luise is the happy health freak who comes up with all kinds of delicious wheat-free and sugar-free recipes.

This is an exquisite vegetarian cookbook with wonderful recipes, beautiful photos and delightful stories to accompany the recipes. I have followed Green Kitchen Stories blog for some time and am now delighted that they have published such a beautiful book. You don't have to be a vegetarian to enjoy this book as their recipes are so delicious. This book will give years of joy and full tummies to anyone who buys it.

Fantastic cookbook - totally lived up to my expectations after following their blog. Very easy to understand and follow recipes.
Excellent range of recipes, from picnicking, to everyday meals, to preserves. The crew at Green Kitchen Stories have put together an excellent range of outstanding recipes. Most are easy to cook, and extremely satisfying. Even if you aren't usually a fan of meatless meals, give this book a go! Innovative ideas abound.
