You Decide

'You Decide: Affirm Align Manifest' is a collection of affirmations.

The affirmations touch upon a range of issues and concerns-some common, some not so much.

These affirmations can be the beginning of a journey to challenge self-limiting beliefs, cycles and patterns you may have held onto for comfort, or those that need to be healed. They can help regulate your nervous system and bring your thoughts and energies to the present moment, giving you clarity, focus and purpose.

They will help you move from the low vibration states of resistance, sadness, rage, lack and hurt towards high vibration states of ascension, love, peace, joy and flow. Affirmations are also an effective way to process emotions rather than bypassing them, contributing positively to your individual wellness.
