Product Description

The multiple award-winning and bestselling Jon Klassen presents the final tale in his acclaimed and bestselling hat trilogy, giving his deadpan finale a surprising new twist

Hold on to your hats! From the Kate Greenaway-winning creator of I Want My Hat Back and This Is Not My Hat comes the much-anticipated conclusion to the celebrated hat trilogy. Two turtles have found a hat. The hat looks good on both of them. But there are two turtles. And there is only one hat... Evoking hilarity and sympathy, the shifting eyes tell the tale in this perfectly paced story in three parts, highlighting Jon Klassen's visual comedy, deceptive simplicity and deliciously deadpan humour.

Fantastic for kids and their parents

5

The "hat trilogy" by Jon Klassen is a joy to read to yours kids. The books are elegant in their simplicity, well-illustrated (so much of the story is told in the characters' eyes) and provide a good message to children. They are as entertaining for adults to read and re-read as they are for kids. Will be keeping an eye out for more works by this author.

Rendered in sombre hues with a gradual fading out of the soft orange as the sun finally sinks, this is desert dryness in more senses than one. Red Reading Hub This sparsely worded and drawn picture book captures brilliantly the concept of sharing and is cleverly conceived, a wonderful conclusion to a fantastic series and a highly recommended addition to any bookshelf!
