Jake and Jessica Fleming are enjoying their golden years in Northport, NSW. With a close-knit family and an active lifestyle, their retirement is everything they had hoped for.

A light bulb goes off in Jake's mind-this could be the perfect project for a caravan conversion, a dream he had harboured for years.
