This is a casual training manual that reveals the secrets of character development and habit building that are rarely given to young men outside of specific social and academic circles. This work was inspired by someone that arose from the humblest of beginnings, faced great challenges growing up in a volatile urban environment, and rose beyond every challenge to become a literal pillar of his community.
