How to find The Guy, make him fall wildly in love with you, and keep it that way.

Wouldn’t it be great if there was a textbook with clear lessons on clever dating and how to build that Perfect Relationship? One that tells it straight but lets you laugh at yourself too? One that leaves you with your dignity and your personality intact? There is! Hint: Turn this book over. See?

Zoë Foster Blake, relationships guru, provides whip-smart step-by-step lessons in successful romancing, with male commentary from self-confessed male, Hamish Blake.

From ‘Never Drink and Text’ to the secrets of avoiding the ‘Thai and Tracksuit Pants Curse’ and the meaning of ‘Engaging the Apricot’, Textbook Romance is essential reading for every girl looking for love that lasts.

Industry Reviews

‘Witty, direct . . . and scarily accurate.’ - Australian Women’s Weekly

‘Serious moments provide dating gems but along the way there are loads of giggles.’ - Sun-Herald

Great life advice which is written in a funny manner

I didn't really know what I was buying (I probably should have done more research), but the title really does say it all. It is a textbook on how to handle romance. Great for all the single girls out there. I haven't put the advice into practice yet but am looking forward to it.

Great book!

Easy book to read and quiet funny. I love Hamish's input!

About the Author

Zoë Foster Blake enjoys writing her biography because she can write things like, ‘The literary world was shocked when Foster Blake was controversially awarded the Man Booker prize for the third time’, despite the fact that this is patently untrue.

Things that are true include a decade of journalism writing for titles such as Cosmopolitan, Harper’s BAZAAR and Sunday Style, as well as being the founder of all-natural Australian skin care line, Go-To.

Zoë has published four novels, Air Kisses, Playing the Field, The Younger Man and The Wrong Girl, as well as the dating and relationship book, Textbook Romance written in conjunction with Hamish Blake; and Amazinger Face, a collection of her best beauty tips and tricks.

She lives in Springfield with her husband, Homer, and her three children, Maggie, Lisa and Bart.
