About the Author

Bob Phillips has spent most of his working life studying risk and working out how to manage it. In his job at the Civil Aviation Safety Authority, he specialised in mid-air collisions. Hes a scary man to have around, because whateever you plan or do, he can remind you of the prospects of disaster.
