About the Author

Mother of two Sophie Cachia is the co-founder of Australian sleepwear company CACHIA and a prominent online digital marketing expert. While married to former AFL player Jaryd Cachia, she became known for her blog, ‘The Young Mummy’, and has attracted hundreds of thousands of followers on Instagram.
