The Fifties Chix Series is a spell-binding, time-travel adventure series for young, independent readers. Sock hops. Soda fountains. Slumber parties. In Book 1, life in 1955 is simple for tomboy Beverly, moody Maxine, high-spirited Judy, studious Mary, and artistic Ann. But after a class assignment to predict life in the future, they wake up the next morning in a future they could never have imagined, having time-traveled into a parallel universe over fifty years into the future. With only each other to trust, they must work together and find their way home to 1955, but the more they discover about the future, will they even want to go back?

That counts, right? 2- Travel to Tomorrow- I read this book several months ago, the publisher sent it to me. I even got to intereview the author! Then my computer died and I lost the review, the notes I'd taken during the interview... I'm was slightly traumatized. However, thank heavens, one of my wonderful neighbors saved my computer and the document! I'll be able to post it soon. Check this novel out, it's not strictly historical fiction...
