Inspired by Axel's move, Brodie and the others find a town where they can settle down. All is perfect - at first - but then strange events make them begin to question their new home. What are the strange faces at the windows? What bizarre creature inhabits the town library?

Is the town haunted? Are they losing their minds? Or is there a far greater mystery beneath the surface?
