Paradise Cay

In this, the fifth novel in the Eye of Providence series, a gentleman named Henry Jordan finds himself in France, in the Loire Valley. He's just stepped off the TGV in Tours but does not know what motivated him to visit Europe. After leasing an apartment in Amboise, he takes the French real estate agent, Diane de Poitiers, to lunch at the Chateau de Chenonseau where a British man recognizes him as Ruben Smith. Henry Jordan denies the mistaken identity.

His memory gradually returns, but he doubts its authenticity-somebody has put a chip in his head. Is he being manipulated by powerful, unknown forces? Meanwhile, Diane de Poitiers' son and granddaughter have been kidnapped by a drug dealer. Once again, Special Operations Intelligence Officer, Ruben Smith, finds himself in the deadly crosshairs of the political cult called the Eye of Providence.
