Very many people - including some of the world's most successful life-coaches and writers - are now describing the Rev. Dr. John Clements as 'England's answer to the late Rev. Dr. Norman Peale' (the inventor of the concept of positive thinking). Rev. Clements has been a success coach and mentor for 'more years than I care to remember', and in MAKE YOUR WALLS TUMBLE, he presents the reader with a whole universe of new possibilities for relationships, careers and matters of the spirit - all underpinned by his own experience. Fulfillment, says the Doctor, does not derive from manipulating but from empowering, success is not defined by getting on but by getting honest, contentment will be achieved not by a human doing but by a human being. The wellspring of inspiration for this book was the Reverend's home city of Norwich - a place with a history stretching back well before the Roman invasion of Britain. Many famous people have lived and left their mark around and within its famous walls, Horatio Nelson, victor of Trafalgar, Nurse Edith Cavell, heroine of World War I, Elizabeth Fry, prison reformer and Lord Earpingham, the military leader who fired the first arrow at the Battle of Agincourt and subsequently gave his name to one of Norwich Cathedral's ancient gates. Naturally, the Reverend Doctor gets inspired to pen new reminiscences, stories, anecdotes and allegories every single time he walks through the historic streets of Norwich. The book's structure reflects this, as each chapter is prefaced by a one-page introduction inspired by an inhabitant or feature of the city, past or present.
