Lost and Found

"Lost and Found is a jewel of a thought-provoking and elegantly written book with which we may or may not entirely agree. I call it a piece of art, which is deep and clever yet a pure joy to read. Although I read it in one sitting, the beauty of Dr. D'Souza’s book is that each of its chapters stands on its own, despite his underlying key takeaway message. The latter made me think of philosophers across history, society, science, complex social and health problems, like intellectual intolerance or drug addiction, with practical, educational, and therapeutic solutions. It is an invitation to learn by thinking of people and especially of oneself. As the title of the book indicates, and as highlighted by psychiatrist and writer Dr. Victor Frankl, sometimes you must lose yourself in order to better find yourself.
