About the Author

Marlene Ebejer is a practising Australian Lawyer, an accredited specialist in family law and delivers ethics seminars to legal practitioners across Australia and at international conferences. Marlene has lectured at Deakin University, Australian Catholic University, Central Queensland University, College of Law and Leo Cussen Institute. In 2022 Marlene will commence her first term as a director of the Law Institute of Victoria.
