About the Author
Heather Phillips led a Birmingham Primary School for twenty years, fostering a vibrant learning environment among its diverse community. In 2014, she qualified as a Personal Performance Coach with the Coaching Academy and has supported leaders nationwide through her company Luminosa Coaching. In Leading Light, Heather offers insights and encouragement from her leadership experiences.
