Nautica is a multi-faceted teenage girl that is sent to live with her dad after she gets in a fight at school. She tries to channel her anger into sports but ends up out on the streets on her own because of her attitude. She uses her natural instinct and skill in combination with her adorable demeanor to learn to survive in the cold world when she loses the support of both her parents.

Her alcoholic mother taught her a few important lessons like the power of prayer and self maintenance but is that enough for a 17 year old girl to take care of herself? Her dad and coaches helped her learn discipline and build confidence but they also played a part in tearing her down.

She does some unthinkable things to help create the future she wants and sees for herself. But does that make her a bad person? Do you believe people are either good or bad? Or can they be a mixture of both?

Her story will inspire some and it'll be the tale of a another low life criminal to others. Her dad is forced to make a decision to fight for his daughter and her future or to let her continue down a dark path with the friends she meets in the ghetto neighborhood she grew up in. The decision isn't as obvious as you would think especially with her pushing him away.
