I decided to specialise in 'Men's Mental Health' a few years ago - to help end the stigma of this 'silent epidemic'. Hence, I created a variety of channels and products and this booklet - which also accompanies a set of guidance cards - as a start. I hope it inspires many!
After losing two good mates to suicide in my 20s & 30s, and watching my dad live a half-life, as he never addressed his wounds, plus my own healing journey ... I like to contribute to empower MEN more. There is still not enough support for men's mental & soul wellness - and it also needs more open dialogues between genders and more active participation of women.
