About the Author

Daren King's first adult novel Boxy an Star was short-listed for the Guardian First Book Award and his first children's book Mouse Noses on Toast won the Nestle Children's Gold Prize. Peter the Penguin Pioneer was short-listed for the Blue Peter Award. He lives in London.
