About the Author

Having risen up the ranks in a restaurant and moved from front of house to the kitchen, Nathan Smith immediately fell in love with cooking amazing food. After many months of training and busy kitchen service, he started uploading mouth-watering recipes on social platforms during the first pandemic lockdown in April 2020 and The Grubworks Kitchen was born.
