Everyday Intentions: Indigenous Wisdom for Healing, Integration and Intentional Living
Healing is not a destination. It is a way of living.
Everyday Intentions, weaves Indigenous teachings, ceremonial wisdom, reflective practice, and The Heart Resonance Framework into a practical guide for healing, integration, and intentional living. Beginning in Shadow Resonance and moving toward Light Resonance, this path invites readers to cultivate greater awareness, understanding, release, transformation, and integration as they restore right relationship with themselves, one another, the land, and spirit.
Through stories, teachings, reflective practices, and everyday ceremony, this book demonstrates that healing is not found in a single breakthrough or ceremony. It unfolds through the choices we make each day and the relationships we nurture throughout our lives.
Whether you are beginning your healing journey or seeking to deepen an existing practice, Everyday Intentions offers a compassionate invitation to live with greater intention, courage, and connection, one intentional step at a time.
