Set in a not-so-distant future world, this story is told through the alternate voices of two young lovers. Daz lives in the inner city, a fenced and impassable ghetto of despair and decay for inhabitants called Chippies. Zoe is a Subby, living in an outer-ring suburb of conformity and boredom.
