This fun, sweet, rhyming story written by Stephanie Jones is based on the true life experience of her daughter Daisy who was diagnosed with a congenital cataract and has to wear an eye patch full time. It will encourage children to wear their eye patch and help other young readers understand why some children wear patches. Daisy is frustrated when the doctor first tells her she has to wear an eye patch, she thinks she can see fine without it. She struggles with keeping the patch on. When her big sister says "If Daisy will share it, i'll wear it instead." Daisy starts to think its not so bad and eventually realizes it fits her!
