In spite of its limitations, the Warhawk was a machine which took part in the whole conflict and on all the fronts, sporting some of the most highly-coloured insignia and nose-arts of WWII. The present work has no historical pretensions and offers simply the possibility of discovering a plane purely from a modellers? point of view. Each of the four assemblies is centred on one particular theme with the objective of presenting certain ?sleights of hand? used by the old modelling veterans in the most dynamic and didactic manner.
