Copper Capers is a humorous account of the experiences, arrests, and the workings of a police department. You can't make this stuff up! Each short story chapter is an incident that becomes an antidote to what would have been a very dull and sometimes dangerous shift. Funny things are said and done by people being chased and caught by the police.
