This inspirational word to Robert Choate enabled him, through trials of testing, to one day be sent to the nations. A poor welfare surfer boy from the streets of coastal California, it seemed impossible. He had no family, no money, no social status, no real education. He lived on the streets and had no hope. By God's transforming power, Robert Choate rose to the challenge and built an international ministry, marked by controversy, achievement, and setbacks. Today, he is recognized as an international spiritual healing figure, who has preached to, prayed for, and chauffeured government leaders, celebrities, authors, sports stars, corporate executives, newly weds, families attending baby dedications, street people, terminally ill patients, drug addicts, cult followers, suicidal people, the mentally ill, molestation and rape victims, the homeless, and young and old people.

Through his ministry, Choate has helped to establish churches and ministries.
