In the electrifying new 6:20 Man thriller from international number one bestselling author David Baldacci, Agent Travis Devine leaves US soil and enters a storm of global conspiracy . . .
A LETHAL ASSASSINATION
When fearless war correspondent Theresa Lee is shot and left for dead on a storm-swept Manhattan street, the authorities are left with zero leads. But when Bill Walker - the intelligence analyst she was meeting with at the time of her attack, and who has critical knowledge that would be invaluable to criminals - also vanishes without a trace, the stakes reach terrifying new levels. A professional hit team has attempted to silence the journalist and snatched the analyst. The question is: why?
AN INTERNATIONAL EMPIRE
Enter Travis Devine, called in to untangle a web of weaponized data and manufactured truths. His investigation pulls him from New York's glass-and-steel canyons to the glittering harbours of Australia, straight into the orbit of the Woolwine empire - a dynasty whose vast fortune makes them more powerful than some nations. And when personal family issues suddenly arise in the middle of his investigation, Devine must keep his emotions in check and juggle like he never has before, while killers lurk around every corner.
A GLOBAL CONSPIRACY
Partnering with Anais Jones, a Sydney homicide detective, Devine uncovers a lethal convergence of rogue intelligence operations, Russian mobsters and a quiet campaign to redraw the global balance of power. To stop a catastrophe that could shatter the world order, Devine must question everything. In a world where enemies wear the faces of allies, and a billionaire's actions has led to a rapidly rising body count, the 6:20 Man is running out of time to keep it all from crashing down.
