100 Days is a collection of one hundred poems, each marked not by sequence but by memory — echoes of thought, heartbeats caught in ink, truths and lies once believed.
These poems don't ask to be understood. They ask to be felt. Some are violent, some are soft. Some are love letters; some are the wreckage left after love leaves. Across a hundred days, Sasha Simic moves through hunger and grief, obsession and release, the body as a battleground and then, slowly, as a home again — from the raw animal instinct of "First Breath" to the quiet defiance of "Arrival."
This isn't poetry written to impress. It's poetry written to survive. If even one of these finds its way into your chest, then you're not so alone after all.
