I'm rarely in the right place at the right time. More often, the opposite is true.

My mother disappeared when I was sixteen, leaving me to fend for myself. If that wasn't bad enough, her coven rejected me and I ended up on the streets. That's all in the past though. Except for the felony record that follows me wherever I go.

Still, I've made something of myself. I brew potions, heal the neckers the vampires feed on, and have even made a friend. It's a simple life, and I like it that way.
