Navy SEAL Christopher "Fish" Hill is looking forward to a quiet weekend away after a hellish mission. His escape begins with a midnight ride to his cabin in the Blue Ridge Mountains, but he won't make it.

Around the last curve, a small, ghostly figure stands in the middle of the road, forcing Fish to crash his motorcycle to avoid hitting the phantom.  

The specter, which turns out to be a young child, lost in the woods, tells a story about running from a man that kidnapped her and her mother.

The tiny girl steals Chris's heart, and he vows to find Ari's mother and stop the monster that took them.

Willa always knew that she would sacrifice herself if it meant saving the life of her child. She just never thought she'd be called upon to do it. But when Willa and Ariel are taken, she gets one chance to do just that.

As Willa lies bleeding, she prays for her daughter to find safety. She doesn't expect to see her again or for the man that rescues her to capture both hers and her daughter's hearts. 

The man in the woods doesn't give up the hunt for his lost prey, but Chris is determined to protect his girls by any means necessary. Until duty calls.

Chris must report for an emergency mission, leaving mother and daughter vulnerable. Pretty soon, they'll all learn the monster has two faces, and it'll take a miracle for Chris to keep both his girls alive.
